• Dance Background: Cassie has been swing dancing for about nine years, beginning with Lindy Hop before quickly discovering Collegiate Shag and Balboa and falling in love with all three styles.

• Swing Dance Passion: Cassie loves high-energy dancing and the unique conversation that happens between partners on the dance floor. She enjoys the interplay of ideas, reactions, and choices that makes each dance feel different. 

• Dance Philosophy: Cassie values musicality, connection, and enjoyment over perfectly executed movements. She loves using the vocabulary of Shag, Balboa, and Lindy Hop as a way to play with the music and her partner, with the goal of creating dances that feel as good and interesting as they look.
